Bespoke RAL Pedestrian Crowd Control Barrier 2.3m - Powder Coat Any Colour
The Bespoke RAL barrier is the Standard range pedestrian crowd control barrier (PB-23-EC-001) powder coated to any RAL colour reference you specify. Securasite is the only UK manufacturer applying bespoke powder coat colours in-house, directly on the production line at our West Midlands facility, rather than sending product to a third-party sprayer. Colour consistency is controlled throughout the batch. Welding, assembly and powder coating all happen in our west midlands facility, which is why our lead time on bespoke colours is 5 working days, not 2 to 4 weeks.
There is no minimum order quantity. A single unit or a full project consignment are both accepted at the same RAL specification. For projects requiring barriers in a colour that is not covered by the seven standard stocked options, red, white, yellow, blue, green, orange and black, the Bespoke RAL route gives you access to the full RAL Classic and RAL Design range. - Market-standard compatibility: Wrap-around connectors are compatible with other market-standard pedestrian crowd barriers. Bespoke RAL units integrate directly into existing galvanised or colour-coded perimeter runs without adapter components.
- Name plate ready: The frame accepts Securasite name plates in three sizes (135x100mm, 270x110mm and 420x420mm) with branded stickers available separately, supporting full corporate identity for branded bespoke colour installs.
